Emily Ferguson Gives Birth to Son Beckham: ‘Childbirth Is So Much Harder Than I Imagined’

Bachelor Nation star and famous twin Emily Ferguson Karlsson married professional hockey player William Karlsson last July in Las Vegas, Nevada.
And in November, the two announced that they were expecting their first child together!
Now, Emily’s baby boy is finally here, and she just took to social media to share the news and open up about her experience with childbirth.
The new mom took to Instagram to share photos of her son and wrote, “Beckham William Karlsson. Born May 12th, 2023 at 1:33am. Our big, strong healthy boy weighing 8lbs 2oz. You’re Pappa’s Twin! We love you more than you’ll ever know.”
Emily also took to Instagram to share behind-the-scenes moments from giving birth to Beckham.
She wrote, “Childbirth is so much harder than I ever could have imagined. I’m so thankful for my amazing birth team. Truly in awe of women and what our bodies do to bring a baby into this world. I’m in a lot of pain, but I know it’s temporary. Will talk about our birth story soon. For now, I’ll be soaking up all the newborn cuddles and giving myself lots of time to heal.”
Emily thanked fans for all of their sweet messages and shared how much it means to her that baby Beckham is already so loved.
The Bachelor Nation star shared a photo from the hospital and wrote, “Debated sharing this pic because I promise I’m happy, but you can see my exhaustion and I really was in so much pain. William was there for everything. He’s the greatest papa in the whole world already and the greatest support through labor and delivery. I’m so proud of us.”
Many of Emily’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars shared their congrats and excitement over her new baby boy.
Lauren Bushnell Lane commented on her post writing, “Oh my gosh a real life ANGEL!”
