Michael Allio Reflects on His Son James Graduating from Kindergarten: ‘He Has Experienced More Than Most’
Growing up.
As Bachelor Nation fans know, Michael Allio is a father to son James, and during his time on “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise,” Michael was open about how important his son is to him.
Michael frequently shares sweet moments with James on social media, and he recently took to Instagram to reflect on James finishing kindergarten.
Michael shared photos from his kindergarten graduation and wrote, “What a journey and year it’s been! I asked James, ‘How does it feel to be done with kindergarten?’ His reply, ‘It feels good but kindergarten will always be in my heart.’”
How sweet!
The Bachelor Nation star went on, saying, “At six years old, my roommate has experienced more than most. We have our struggles like everyone else… but I’m amazed at how close it has brought us together and how positive his perspective and outlook on life is. It’s beautiful.”
Michael also reflected on his journey as a parent and shared what it means to him to watch his son grow up.
He wrote, “Sometimes it feels like we are in such a rush to get to the next place that we fail to appreciate the beauty of the present. Today was one of those beautiful days and I absorbed it all. Thankful. Grateful. Proud. Congrats to all the grads!”
