Sierra Jackson Get Candid About Imperfections and Reveals How She Lost Her Pinkie Finger

Bachelor Nation fans first met Sierra Jackson on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 8.
Since her time on the shows, Sierra has kept fans updated with her life on social media.
This week, Sierra took to Instagram to share an important message with her followers that’s a great reminder for us all.
Alongside a photo of herself in just a bra and underwear, Sierra got candid about imperfections and self acceptance.
She wrote, “See my toes? I have scars from playing sports, wearing shoes that were too tight, & standing in heels for long hours when working retail. See my shins & knees? I have scars from falling down in my driveway as I was often running to the car as a child, Healy’s in the street, falling off my bike way too many times, being an all around tomboy, & running into things constantly to this day it seems.”
The Bachelor Nation star continued on, saying, “See my hand? I’m missing a pinky. I lost it when I was 5 years old from a backyard swing set falling on me and a pole cutting it off. I used to try to hide my scars. I thought they made me ugly, not desirable, damaged, just less than in some way. I was wrong to do this to myself and I wish I had loved myself better. I do now though!”
Sierra concluded her post with some words of wisdom and a reminder for everyone that follows her.
She said, “My scars tell my story. With our ‘imperfections’ we are all still sexy and beautiful. Head to toe.”
