Chelsea Vaughn & Austin Tinsley Discuss Moving In Together and Austin Reveals If He Regrets Not Proposing

While we’re currently watching some of our favorite Bachelor Nation stars look for love on “The Bachelorette,” others just wrapped “Bachelor in Paradise Canada.”
The Season 2 finale of “Bachelor in Paradise Canada” just aired, and many of our favorite Bachelor Nation stars found love on-screen!
Chelsea Vaughn from Season 25 of “The Bachelor” and Austin Tinsley from Season 17 of “The Bachelorette” left the show as a couple, and they just took to Instagram to open up about their relationship in a Q&A with fans.
On her Instagram Stories, Chelsea said, “We have so much to catch up on, I’ve been lying to you for a year! I’m sorry! Thank you for all the love. We’ve gotten so many sweet messages. I am reading all the messages and comments from yesterday. We love you and thank you for the love. Sorry we had to lie to you, it wasn’t our fault.”
They shared that while after the show Chelsea was living in NYC and Austin was California based, they dated long distance for eight months.
Eventually in February, Austin made the move to New York and moved in with Chelsea!
During the Q&A, one fan asked Austin, “Do you regret not proposing?”
He got candid with his answer, saying, “No, not really. You know what’s crazy? She told me not to! So put that on Chelsea, not me.”
Chelsea laughed and joked, “The finger is still bare, y’all.”
The couple also discussed that they have taken many trips together and had to hide it before the show aired.
Chelsea shared her congrats to fellow couple Tessa Tookes from Season 26 of “The Bachelor” and Joey Kirchner, who got engaged on the show and were also in hiding this past year.
She said, “The biggest congrats to our friends and the only other people in the world that could understand what we were going through! We love you both so much, can’t wait for the wedding!! Suffering through the last year in hiding would have been so much worse without you two by our side.”
