Abigail Heringer Reveals Why She & Noah Erb Are Moving to Oklahoma: ‘Half of Y’all Are So Concerned’

Bachelor Nation fan-favorite couple Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb famously met on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
The couple has been going strong ever since and sharing their lives together on social media, often posting their date nights and travel adventures.
The two have been living in San Diego together, but last week, Abigail took to Instagram to reveal that she bought a house for her and Noah in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
During a Q&A on Instagram, Abigail opened up about their decision to leave California and head to Oklahoma to plant their roots.
Responding to a fan who said, “Why Tulsa?” Abigail wrote, “Half of y’all are so excited for us and half of y’all are so concerned. Fair! I didn’t know anything about Tulsa until 2 years ago, but here’s some reasons why we chose Tulsa for our home base.”
The Bachelor Nation star shared what led to her and Noah’s decision, saying, “Cost of living! I would’ve had to be prepared to spend 2-3x more on a house to get everything I wanted in CA. We could’ve kept renting but I was ready to be a homeowner!”
Abigail continued on, saying, “Friends and family: we wanted to be closer to our people and for a couple reasons we decided we didn’t want to settle down in Oregon. My parents are visiting me in September so operation to get them to move to Tulsa with me starts now hehe. I also like the slower pace: I loved living in Portland/NYC/ LA/San Diego and I’m so fortunate for those experiences— but I realized more what I did not like.”
She concluded her post by writing, “I love the slower pace/smaller town feel of Tulsa, it reminds me a lot of where I grew up and it’s where I’m happiest. I’m excited to show off more of Tulsa so you can see why we love it so much! stayed tuned.”
