Former Bachelor Nick Viall proposed to his fiancée Natalie Joy earlier this year after 2 1/2 years of dating.
And last week, the couple just took to social media to share that they are expecting their first child together!
Now, Natalie is answering questions about her pregnancy so far and sharing updates about their wedding.
During an Instagram Q&A, one fan asked Natalie if she and Nick are getting married first or having their baby first.
She said, “Baby first!!! And then a few months later our wedding, so baby will attend! We thought about moving it up or pushing it back, but I didn’t want to feel rushed to plan it and then I have several sick family members and I didn’t want to risk anything by pushing it further away. So our original date that we picked before I got pregnant is staying the same!”
Natalie revealed that she and Nick already know the sex of their baby and shared a photo of the 12-week ultrasound.
A fan asked if they were trying for a baby or if it was a surprise and Natalie said, “We decided to let fate take control and if it happened it happened! And then it happened!!! So both?!”
Natalie shared that the first person she told that she was pregnant aside from Nick was one of his fellow Bachelor Nation stars.
The mom-to-be wrote, “Victoria Fuller, of course! We cried and cried and cried. It was really sweet! I should’ve recorded it, but was very much in the moment.”
Another fan asked if she and Nick have started thinking about names and Natalie shared that they have it down to their favorite two, and “we just need to figure out which one we love more.”
We couldn’t be happier for Nick and Natalie as they gear up for this very exciting next chapter of not only becoming mom and dad but also husband and wife!
