Maurissa Gunn Shares Emotional Tribute to 25-Year-Old Brother Marcus After His Passing

Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Maurissa Gunn on Season 24 of “The Bachelor” and Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
The Bachelor Nation star took to social media this week to share the tragic news that her younger brother Marcus passed away.
Alongside a photo of him, Maurissa wrote, “Happy Birthday Bubba. You were just 3 days away from 26. My life will never be the same. I love you forever. My best friend. My twin. My entire world.”
She continued on, saying, “You were supposed to see so many more birthdays. You made everyone laugh every time you were around. You lit up every room you entered. It’s always been me and you brother. I’ll never understand why this happened. None of this will ever make any sense and my life will never be the same. I love you Marcus.”
Maurissa also shared a link to her family’s GoFundMe page to raise money for his funeral costs.
She wrote, “Marcus was loved by so many people. My family appreciates anything and everything.”
And on his birthday, Maurissa and her family gathered to release balloons into the sky in his honor.
She said, “I can see you singing to yourself, just like this. Hitting the high notes and all. I love you forever Marc.”
