Teddi Wright Discusses Going to Premarital Counseling with Her Fiancé: ‘It Was Super Good!’

Last December, Bachelor Nation star Teddi Wright took to Instagram to reveal her new relationship.
And in April, Teddi shared the exciting news that she and her fiancé Nicholas are engaged!
Now, the Bachelor Nation star is taking to her Instagram Stories, where she opened up about premarital counseling.
Teddi previously shared that she and Nicholas would be doing some couples counseling sessions ahead of their big day, so she posted her update.
She wrote, “I got some questions asking how the premarital session was a couple weeks ago because I told you guys I would keep you updated. We didn’t love it! She wasn’t the right fit, however we found another option that feels a lot better for us!”
Teddi shared a photo of her and Nick and shared that they found a premarital class at their church that’s five sessions long.
She wrote, “It’s led by a mentor couple who have been married a long time and there are four other couples around the same stage of their life as us. We all eat dinner together first and then break apart to have time for discussion with our partner about important topics to discuss before marriage. It is guided by the mentor couple and a book that we are following along to.”
Teddi shared that the first session went really well for her and her fiancé.
She wrote, “It was super good! We have four more sessions, but we are off to a great start. We are proud to be a part of this team! Just thought I would keep you guys updated because you gave a lot of great advice.”
We love how candid Teddi is being about this journey as we know it will help other couples in similar chapters of life!
