Sarah Herron Shares How She Honored Her Late Son Oliver at Her Recent IVF Transfer
In our thoughts.
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
In September, after many highs and lows of her IVF journey, Sarah revealed that she and her fiancé Dylan Brown were expecting a baby boy.
Then earlier this year, Sarah took to Instagram to share the tragic news that their baby boy Oliver passed away shortly after he was born prematurely at 24 weeks.
And five months later, the Bachelor Nation star just shared that she and Dylan experienced another failed IVF transfer.
Now, Sarah took to social media to share that she honored her late son Oliver in a special way at another transfer day.
Sarah shared a photo of herself in a sweatshirt that says “chasing my rainbow” and wrote, “Wake and pray! It’s transfer day!”
Then she shared a snap of what she brought with her to the appointment and wrote, “Oliver’s embryo photo, Hawaiian quarter Oliver sent me, red jasper for healing and protection and root chakra.”
Sarah shared an update after the appointment and said, “The eagle has landed. Everyone was so supportive and accommodating of my request to not watch the transfer today. Yes, I closed my eyes and yes, I kept Oliver’s hatching embryo on my lap the whole time.”
She continued on, saying, “Now, I nap and delight in being pregnant until proven otherwise. Thank you all!”
We’re sending Sarah and her family all the best and keeping her in our thoughts as she navigates this new chapter.
Fingers crossed!
