1.  A taboo topic I love talking about is: Why is it that when you reach a certain age, you are considered a throwaway commodity and why aren’t older people allowed to fall in love? Is there an expiration date on living?

2.  I think a celebrity couple that is the definition of #relationshipgoals is: I adore the relationship and lifelong bond that Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell continue to share as a couple. They’ve never allowed fame or fortune to stop them from being who they really are.

3.  My guilty pleasure is: I spend too much money on bird feed for my crew consisting of sandhill cranes, ducks, geese, hens, two frogs, a family of lizards, and some very pushy ibises.

4.  The best relationship advice I ever received was: The best relationship advice I’ve learned is to “lean into the uncomfortable moments and don’t run.” That’s where a relationship truly forms.

9.  My hidden talent is: I can talk to wild animals so they trust me.

10.  The person that inspires me the most is: My children, the millennials, Dana and Grant, see me and call me out on where I still need to grow. They amaze me.

11.  The movie I’ve rewatched the most is: The movie I continually watch is “Elf” because it makes me feel the childlike wonder of family and the holidays.

12.  The most famous person who I’d love to meet is: I’d love to meet Cher as well as Shirley MacLaine. I am a mix of both of them in many ways.

14.  The last thing I Googled is: I last Googled information about all of the extra nutrients and products out there to help my dogs live longer.

15.  My favorite part of being on “The Golden Bachelor” was: I was able to stand in my light again as April without all of the pretenses of life’s responsibilities.

16.  Being on “The Golden Bachelor” taught me: I learned from being on “The Golden Bachelor” that I am more capable of leaning into the awkwardness of the unknown, realizing that there’s still life yet to live and I’ll be okay.

17.  My celebrity crush is: My celebrity crush is Michael Keaton. He could be Beetlejuice and haunt me any time. Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice...!
