See Charity Lawson’s Emotional ‘DWTS’ Dance About Finding the ‘Love of My Life’ that Earned Her a 10

In case you missed it, former Bachelorette Charity Lawson is currently competing on Season 32 of “Dancing with the Stars.”
She is paired up with professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev for the competition and the two have been killing it, receiving some of the highest scores in the ballroom week after week.
This week, Charity got emotional about her contemporary dance as she reflected back on this past year.
Alongside a photo from rehearsals, Charity wrote, “Here is a sneak peak of my contemporary dance for tonight. From a small town girl to being on this stage, so many significant changes in between. The biggest being, me finding myself, in all different forms. Leaving the bad in the past and loving and putting myself first, and finding the love of my life.”
She went on, saying, “The moment that I accepted the reality of what my life would then be, boy did it hit me like a wave, in the best way. The year 2022-23 brought me so much, and I’m grateful to share this journey with you all through this dance. You are in for a treat. And Artem- Thank you for trusting me with this choreography, and giving me space to grow every single week. Would not be where I am without you pushing me. Grateful for you.”
Charity’s dance honoring finding love on “The Bachelorette” truly swept America and the “DWTS” judges off their feet.
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba told Charity, “What you just did is what people will remember about this season,” before awarding her with the very first 10 of the season.
We couldn’t be prouder of Charity, and her score of 28 out of 30 was the highest of the week!
