Susie Evans Discusses Her Recent Date that ‘Took a Wild Turn’ and Shares Dating Advice
Spilling the tea.
Bachelor Nation fans met Susie Evans on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” and she’s been keeping fans updated with her life on social media ever since.
Now, Susie is living in Los Angeles and frequently shares dating updates as she’s looking for the one.
During a recent Instagram Q&A, someone asked, “Any good dates lately?” and Susie got candid with her answer.
She said, “Y’all, I did go on a date not too long ago that took a wild turn. I was thinking about sharing it because it was entertaining to tell my friends and see their reactions that I know y’all would think it’s funny too. But people end up sending my funny date stories to the people it happened with and I feel like it’s uncomfortable for that person.”
Susie went on, saying, “This one in particular feels scary to share online because it’s just so easily traceable back to that person because of the details… so I can’t share. But if you see me in person and want a juicy store, I got one! It was kinda scary too.”
We’re on the edge of our seats!
Thankfully, Susie did share some dating advice for people in their 20s as she’s just starting to date in her 30s.
She said, “Don’t take anything too seriously, unless you meet the one, but for most of us that doesn’t happen in our early 20s. Always be kind and honest. Know that dating or not dating in your 20s will be a time to grow. Learn how to communicate with the people you date or become friends with so that when you meet the right one, you will have healthy relationship skills to keep them!”
Susie continued, adding, “I was single from 22 to 25, lived abroad, traveled the world, took my camera everywhere, poured into beautiful friendships that I cherish, and created memories. I used to wonder if I missed out on dating/meeting the right guy because I was busy living, but I think it just better prepared me for who I am and understanding what I offer and deserve.”
Love that!
Susie ended her post, “All that to say, don’t worry about it. Be kind, honest, and have fun with dating. Do you and believe things will fall into place when they are meant to.”
Such great words of wisdom from Susie! And we’ll keep our fingers crossed to run into Susie soon so we can hear the tea about her wild date.
