See Justin Glaze’s Stunning Tribute to the Late Matthew Perry: ‘RIP to Much More Than Just a Friend’
A beautiful tribute.
Bachelor Nation fans met Justin Glaze on Season 17 of “The Bachelorette,” and he returned to our screens for Season 8 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
On Katie’s season of “The Bachelorette,” Justin got to display his artistic skills a little bit with a painting he made for her.
Now, Justin just showed off his skills again in a special tribute to the late Matthew Perry, who tragically passed away last month.
Justin drew a photo of the cast of “Friends” and documented his process in a new Instagram video.
Interwoven with his drawing process were clips from “Friends” and some of Matthew’s most memorable moments.
Alongside the video, Justin wrote, “‘The thing that I’m most proud of in my life is that if a stranger came up to me and said, “I can’t stop drinking. I can’t stop drinking. Can you help me?” I can say, ‘Yes, I can help you.’ — Matthew Perry. RIP to much more than just a Friend.”
The comments were immediately filled with love and awe for Justin’s work and heartbreak over Matthew’s passing.
One person wrote, “This is really beautiful. You’re so talented Justin. I think Matthew Perry meant a lot to so many of us.”
And another said, “This is such an amazing tribute, thank you for sharing. FRIENDS will always hold a place in our hearts; Rest in beautiful peace, Matthew.”
We couldn’t agree more and we’re continuing to keep Matthew’s loved ones in our thoughts.
