Rachel Recchia & Blake Moynes Travel to Florida for Turtle Conservation Trip: ‘What a Journey It Was’
An important adventure.
Fans are currently watching Rachel Recchia and Blake Moynes look for love on the beaches of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Meanwhile, the two also just took a trip together to Crystal River, Florida, where they worked with the Conserve Turtles organization.
They shared photos over the weekend from their adventure and just took to Instagram to share a video compilation from the trip.
They wrote, “Tagging sea turtles with @myfahlo for their animal tracking bracelets. What a journey it was trying to find and get to know the critically endangered Kemp’s Ridley (we got to meet the Green Turtle & Loggerhead too!). No lab coats, just good vibes, hard work & turtle tales with our friends at @conserveturtles.”
In the video, Blake says, “Nearly all species of sea turtles are classified as endangered, so supporting this important work and mission is crucial if we are going to flip the script.”
And Rachel shared that you can follow the turtles’ journeys on an interactive app (tagged in their post) where you can be a part of the important conservation work.
Many of Rachel and Blake’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars commented on the post showing their love for these two.
Will Urena said, “You guys are awesome! This is so cool!”
Leslie Fhima also commented red hearts.
We are loving all the conservation work Blake continues to do! Click here for more from his last trip to Madagascar with Kendall Long and Sam Jeffries.
