EXCLUSIVE: ‘Golden Bachelor’s’ Kathy Shares Her Favorite Holiday Recipe and Tradition!
Celebrate the holidays with Bachelor Nation!
Fans got to know Kathy Swarts on Season 1 of “The Golden Bachelor,” and now, the Bachelor Nation star is sitting with BachelorNation.com for an exclusive chat about her favorite holiday foods and traditions.
Kathy shared that her favorite holiday recipe is her sweet eggnog bread that she makes for all of her family members and friends.
She said, “This sweet bread has been a family favorite for years! We also used to give a loaf to each of my kids’ teachers during the holidays. Every year, the list of recipients becomes longer. I hope you all add this to your holiday traditions! YUMMY!”
Kathy also opened up about her favorite holiday traditions with her growing family.
She said, “My family, which now includes two grandchildren, always get together to decorate a family Christmas tree. The youngest child (and now for me the youngest grandchild who can stand up) gets to choose and place the first ornament on the tree.”
Kathy went on, saying, “Once the tree is fully decorated, the oldest of my children gets to place the angel on the top of the tree. This tradition always reminds me of how important family is. I love watching the tradition continue as more grandchildren are born into the family.”
How sweet!
