Alongside an adorable video compilation of the two of them from the past few years, Rachel shared some sweet words for Matt.
She wrote, “Currently snuggling on the couch watching star wars, just had some homemade pasta, haven’t left the apartment all day, and baked cookies for his birthday cake. This is how Matt wanted to spend his birthday if that tells you anything about him.”
