Tyler Cameron Reveals How Hannah Brown Got Him Through ‘Special Forces’ and Reflects on ‘Bachelorette’
Getting candid.
Bachelor Nation fans saw Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown look for love on Season 15 of “The Bachelorette.”
After the show, the two had their ups and downs and romance reconciliation rumors came and went.
Now, they are just friends and Tyler appeared on an episode of Hannah’s “Better Together” podcast.
During the episode, Tyler opened up about his time on another reality show, “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”
On “Special Forces,” celebrities take on “demanding training led by an elite team of ex-Special Forces operatives,” and Hannah won her season of the show.
Tyler appeared on Season 2 and the exes discussed the difficult training and how Hannah helped Tyler get through the hardest of days.
Hannah asked, “Did I in some way help make sure that you completed it?”
And Tyler revealed the former Bachelorette did, saying, “You were in the back of my mind. I’d be like, ‘If Hannah can do it, you can do it. But damn, it’s only gonna get harder from here.’”
Tyler went on, saying he would tell himself, “If you don’t finish this and Hannah finishes it, you’re a loser. You’re soft.”
During their chat, Hannah shared that Tyler called her just minutes before starting the 10-day challenge, but she wasn’t able to pick up.
Tyler said he called because he wanted to “know what the heck I’m getting myself into.”
He shared that “No advice was given, but I did talk to her once before about it and she said it was very hard. And I was like, ‘Yeah, yeah, Hannah, it’s hard. But I’ve been through football camps and all that stuff.’ But she was right.”
The two also reflected back on their “Bachelorette” days together with Hannah asking if “The Bachelorette” or “Special Forces” was more difficult for Tyler.
Tyler said, “I’ll be honest with you, both are mental warfare,” sharing that dating Hannah alongside other men was very challenging.
But both agreed that “The Bachelorette” prepared them for their time on “Special Forces” when it came to developing mental strength.
