Susie Evans Shares Why She Didn’t Go to ‘Paradise’ and If She Has Any Regrets

Bachelor Nation fans met Susie Evans on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” and she’s been keeping fans updated with her life on social media ever since.
Now, Susie is living in Los Angeles and frequently shares dating updates as she’s looking for the one.
During this week’s episode of “Bachelor Happy Hour,” she stopped by with her BFF Justin Glaze and opened up about why she hasn’t been to “Paradise.”
Co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt asked Justin if he would return to the beach and asked Susie if she would go.
Justin said he doesn’t have interest in returning to the beach and joked that he “tried to stop” Susie from going this summer and that “the rest is history” between them.

But Susie opened up about why she eventually decided not to go on “Bachelor in Paradise” this past summer.
She said, “I highly considered it this year. I had some career ambitions that I was running after and I feel comfortable and confident in my decision. This is nothing against the guys that went to ‘Paradise.’ I personally feel like I’m a bit older comparatively to the people that went. And not to say that there couldn’t have been something with somebody there, I just feel like I don’t think I would’ve found my person there.”
Susie went on, saying, “I feel confident in my decision not to go. I am not opposed to doing it down the line; it’s not a priority. I really thought about it, I did. I thought long and hard about whether I would regret not going. I had a great summer and I did date a guy this summer. It was good. It didn’t end up being for me. It was just a nice little summer fling.”
We are happy Susie is happy with her decision and we’d love to see her on the beach someday if she doesn’t find love before then!
