Sarah Herron Announces Twin Pregnancy Amid IVF Journey: ‘Oliver Has 2 Turtles to Watch Over’

Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
In September, after many highs and lows of her IVF journey, Sarah revealed that she and her husband Dylan Brown were expecting a baby boy.
Then last year, Sarah took to Instagram to share the tragic news that their baby boy Oliver passed away shortly after he was born prematurely at 24 weeks.
After her pregnancy loss, Sarah eventually did more rounds of IVF and this time, the Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram to share some exciting news.
Alongside a video of her swimming with turtles in Hawaii, Sarah captioned her post with two turtle emojis and wrote, “Oliver has 2 turtles to watch over.”
At the end of the video, Sarah shares an ultrasound photo with her two babies and hashtagged #PregnancyAfterLoss and #TwinPregnancy.
Sarah has been a bit more private about her pregnancy and IVF journey this time around but took to her Stories a few weeks ago to share more.
She said, “I have been struggling with how/what to feel for the last few weeks, but I feel I’m in a place where I really need my community, so I’m going to stop overthinking it and just rip the bandaid off. My betas have been rising strongly and I can’t even believe it myself when I see the numbers.”
Sarah went on, saying, “I am struggling. Terrified is an understatement. The days have been long and trauma has been lurking around every corner.”
Many of Sarah’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars have been taking to the comments of her post to share their love, excitement, and well wishes for her and her family.
Lesley Murphy wrote, “Full body chills and heart bursting out of my chest! The best news! I love y’all, ALL of y’all.”
Emily Ferguson chimed in, saying, “I couldn’t be happier for you and your family. Thank you for letting us follow along your journey.”
And Amanda Stanton added, “Sarah!!! The best news!!! Congratulations.”
We couldn’t be happier for Sarah, Dylan, and their whole family, and we’re wishing them all the best in this exciting next chapter.
