J.P. Rosenbaum Mourns the Loss of His Mom in Emotional Post: ‘I Don’t Even Know What to Say’
In our thoughts.
Bachelor Nation stars Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum famously met on Season 7 of “The Bachelorette” and tied the knot on TV in 2012. In October 2020, the couple announced their decision to split following a monthslong separation.
Since their split, Ashley and J.P. have been focused on co-parenting their two children, son Ford and daughter Essie, and continuing to share their lives on social media.
This week, J.P. took to Instagram to share the heartbreaking news that his mother passed away.
Alongside a carousel of photos of his mom with him, Ashley, and their kids, J.P. wrote, “I don’t even know what to say because there are absolutely NO words which can even scratch the surface to describe who this woman was and what she meant to so many people, not just to her family, but to ALL those whose lives she touched.”
The Bachelor Nation star went on, saying, “When I think back on my childhood, think back to every single happy moment from every childhood memory, my mom was always at the center of it ALL, and to say that I was lucky, well that just doesn’t do it justice. She was the perfect mother whose life centered around making others happy, her kids, her husband, her family, her friends, and everyone else whose path she crossed. And that’s something that she NEVER ever stopped doing! She was one of a kind.”
J.P. shared that while he had 47 years with his mom, it’s never going to be enough, adding, “I cherish every single minute we shared together, every single minute of seeing her with her grandkids, which made her happier than anything.”
He said that his mom’s memory will live on through her kids and grandkids and he will continue to share stories about her with Ford and Essie as they grow up.
J.P. ended his emotional post writing, “Thank you for the life you provided, the sacrifices you made, the guidance, the support, and most of all the abundance of love that you never ever stopped giving. Rest well mom. I love you.”
Ashley took to her Stories to share J.P.’s post and wrote “No words” with the broken heart and prayer hands emoji.
We’re keeping J.P. and his entire family in our thoughts during this difficult time.
