1. A taboo topic I love talking about is: Girls can fart too!

2. I think a celebrity couple that is the definition of #relationshipgoals is: Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. I LOVE their cheeky banter. If I can’t make fun of you, then we cannot be together. I’m all about being able to laugh and I want a relationship full of it!!!

3. The best relationship advice I ever received was: Find a man who’s willing to pretend you’re always right!!!

4. My zodiac sign is ___________ and my most [insert zodiac sign] trait would be: My zodiac sign is Sagittarius and my most Sagittarius trait would be: being super impulsive and doing ANYTHING on a whim (anyone wanna book a flight out to Europe tonight with me?)

5. My biggest pet peeve is: Talking with food in your mouth!!!! Please, I do not want to be in the splash zone for the crumbs in your mouth!!!

6. My last meal on earth would be: KFC!!!!!! (Three-piece meal with mashed potatoes, extra gravy, and a biscuit.)

7. The song that always gets me pumped up is: “6’s to 9’s.” I do a little dance solo to it before every big interview.

8. My hidden talent is: I can turn myself into a monkey.

9. My current phone screen saver is: The last kitten I fostered! He was an orange tabby and an absolute monster, but I loved him so much. I regret not adopting him every day.

10. The person that inspires me the most is: My mom. Her resilience and compassion are two things I admire the most. She has the biggest heart I know and I strive every day to emulate that energy.

11. The movie I’ve rewatched the most is: “Iron Man,” and in second place would be “Ant Man” (but Captain America is my favorite superhero).

12. The most famous person who has slid into my DMs/followed me on social media is: Selena Gomez. Just kidding, but if you’re reading this, Selena, this is your sign to DM. I love you.

13. My favorite emoji is: 🧌 Mr. Troll man, I feel like I resonate with him the most.

14. The last thing I Googled is: “How to tie a one-handed surgeon’s knot.” My current PA school rotation is in general surgery right now and I’m so nervous!!

15. My favorite part of being on “The Bachelor” was: Meeting so many amazing, resilient, and inspiring women. I’m all about connection and learning from others, and I learned so much from people I would’ve never met if I didn’t take this leap of faith. And I made some lifetime friends!

16. Being on “The Bachelor” taught me: It’s okay to show someone your heart even if you’re scared.

17. My advice for anyone who goes on “The Bachelor” is:  You’re going to say you want to stay away from the Oreo jar when you move into the mansion, but just give in from day one so there’s no disappointment later.

18. If I had to hang out with only three people from Bachelor Nation for the rest of my life, it would be: Gabby Windey, Rachel Recchia, and Hannah Brown. They seem like the most genuine and the most fun people ever!!!

19. If you go on “The Bachelor,” don’t forget to pack: A journal!!! It was my best friend in the house. I really trust the process and in order for it all to work you have to have a healthy space to process your emotions!
