Emotions Reach an All-Time High During Hometowns on ‘The Bachelor’ — See the Teaser
Tensions are rising.
After a romantic week in Jasper National Park in Canada, Joey is off to visit the hometowns of his final four women.
He is meeting the families of Daisy, Maria, Kelsey A., and Rachel in their respective cities.
At the beginning of the teaser for next week’s episode, Joey says, “This is a huge step in my relationship with all four women. Meeting someone’s family is a very big deal. When it comes to the woman that I’m hoping to marry, I want to be a part of their family just as much as they are a part of mine.”
When visiting Daisy’s hometown, she opens up about her struggle to figure out her feelings toward Joey.
She says, “I definitely need my family’s help to kind of help me figure out exactly what I’m feeling.”
And before meeting Maria’s family, Joey asks her the last time she introduced them to a partner of hers, and she says, “I’ve never brought anyone home to meet my family. My dad is not going to make it easy.”
Tensions escalate as Joey meets the parents of his final four women.
Maria’s dad gets candid, saying, “It’s hard for me right now because I don’t know where you stand. Maria is 100% daddy’s girl, so if she gets hurt, it would be a problem for Joey.”
Kelsey A.’s dad shared a similar sentiment, saying, “In a normal dating situation, you date one person. It’s a scary process for a father. I’m of course concerned for Kelsey.”
Daisy’s mom shares that she’s struggling with the fact that there are other women and questions Joey about if they’ve said “I love you” to each other.
When meeting her family, Rachel is heard saying, “This whole journey is nontraditional, but I want them to give us that blessing for him and I to be together.”
But then the teaser ends with Rachel in tears and we don’t know why.
Make sure to tune in to “The Bachelor” next week to see how Hometowns unfold.
