Kylee Russell Shares Her Favorite Bachelor Memory and Reveals Her New Nursing Job
Opening up.
Bachelor Nation fans saw Kylee Russell find love with Aven Jones on Season 9 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” and the two were going strong after filming wrapped.
A few days after the finale aired, Kylee took to social media and revealed that her relationship with Aven “dissolved due to multiple infidelities.”
Now, Kylee has moved to San Diego with fellow Bachelor Nation star Jess Girod and the two are enjoying their life as roomies in SoCal.
Kylee recently took to her Instagram Stories for a Q&A where she opened up about all things Bachelor, her career, and more.
One fan asked her what her favorite Bachelor Nation memory is and Kylee shared a sunset video from the beaches of “Paradise.”
Alongside the pic, she wrote, “It’s so hard to pinpoint one specific memory. Although the show brought me some hardships, I am so thankful for the people and the experiences. I feel so blessed to have been a part of something like this, I often don’t feel deserving!”
Kylee went on, saying, “This video I look back on often though. We were all just so genuinely happy, falling in love, and making memories.”
How sweet!
Another fan asked Kylee about her career as a nurse and if she always saw herself getting into nursing.
She said, “So many nursing questions, I love it! Growing up I always knew I wanted to be in the healthcare field. I started out as a nursing major in college, but got so discouraged about how hard it was to get into nursing school that I didn’t even apply (I fear rejection). I graduated from my four year university with a marketing degree and immediately after graduation regretted not becoming a nurse.”
Kylee added, “I then applied for nursing school and got accepted right away. Lesson learned, never be fearful of your dreams!”
And the Bachelor Nation star said that now that she’s getting settled into her life in San Diego, she’s about to start a new nursing job.
She said, “I actually accepted a position on a mother/baby floor. I am so excited to continue to do what I love!”
How exciting!
We love hearing from Kylee and seeing her doing so well. We know the mothers and babies on her floor will be so lucky to have her as their nurse!
