Abigail Heringer Reveals Why She & Noah Erb Haven’t Started Wedding Planning and If They’ll Elope
Keeping it real.
Last August, “Bachelor in Paradise” couple Noah Erb and Abigail Heringer got engaged.
Now, the couple is settling into their life in Tulsa, Oklahoma, renovating their home, and getting excited about their wedding.
While Abi and Noah are looking forward to being married, she recently got candid on social media about why they haven’t started wedding planning.
In a new TikTok, Abigail shared some wedding planning updates and answered burning fan questions.
She started off, saying, “Here’s a couple wedding updates for you guys. I am going into month seven of being engaged and I have been getting a couple of questions about why it’s taking so long to start planning the wedding. If you guys want the honest answer, it is because we don’t want to. I know that sounds bad and that’s not really what I mean. Noah and I are so excited to get married to each other, but we just don’t have a planning bone in our bodies.”
Abigail went on, explaining, “We hired a wedding planner to try and help us because we need a lot of help. At this point, I feel like Noah and I know more of what we don’t want on our wedding day versus what we do want. We decided not to elope. It was actually something we were seriously considering, just because it would make our lives so much easier.”
The Bachelor Nation star shared why they decided not to elope and do a smaller wedding instead.
She shared, “Ultimately we decided not to because it was really important for us that our families could be there so they could witness everything on the wedding day like our vows. I know we want something smaller, we really just want our family and closest friends. The idea of having a hundred plus people or 200 people just stresses me out.”
So while wedding planning isn’t exciting to them, Abi shared that she and Noah truly can’t wait to be married.
She ended her video, saying, “I am so excited to marry Noah... to call him my husband. It is just this whole wedding planning process is very much outside of Noah and my comfort zones... So we’re trying to navigate that while in the name of celebrating us and keep it authentic to who we are. It is going to be a process, but I am excited to bring you guys along.”
We are excited to go along the journey with them and can’t wait until these two tie the knot!
