Joey Graziadei is Engaged! See His Fiancée and How He Proposed: ‘There Is Nothing Difficult About Choosing You’
Congratulations are in order!
On Season 28 of “The Bachelor,” fans saw Joey Graziadei look for love and this week we got to see him hand out his final rose.
On their last week in Tulum, Joey got down on one knee and proposed to Kelsey Anderson as they looked over the beautiful ocean.
After a heartbreaking goodbye with Daisy Kent, Joey finally shared with Kelsey how he knew she was the one.
He said, “Kelsey, we have had the experience of a lifetime. I think back on how proud we should be about how strong of a connection we’ve built in such a short period of time. I knew early on that there was something different about you and I just wanted to learn more.”
Joey went on, saying, “Whether it was walking through the streets of Spain or seeing New Orleans through your eyes and even experiencing the beauty of Tulum, everything we do we just enjoy each other.”
And while Joey said there have been a lot of tough decisions throughout his journey as the Bachelor, he shared with Kelsey, “There is nothing difficult about choosing you.”
He told her, “I can’t wait another minute to tell you that I love you. There is something about you, you have this infectious energy, you make me smile, it’s a feeling I’ve never felt before. I know during this time that we’ve built a very strong flame and I know the reason the flame will never go out is because you are in my life. I have known for a while that I wanted to have a beautiful life, but I didn’t know how beautiful that life could be until I met you.”
Then, Joey got down on one knee and proposed to Kelsey, saying, “Kelsey Alexandra Anderson, I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?”
Kelsey burst into tears as she said yes and the newly engaged couple shared a romantic kiss.
After accepting Joey’s final rose, Kelsey said, “I’m so happy. I don’t know if I’ve ever been this happy in my life. I am literally a fiancée to this man over here and it feels so right and so exciting. I love you. I’m on top of the world.”
We couldn’t be happier for Joey and Kelsey and we can’t wait for all that the future holds for these two!
