Nick Viall Shares Pregnancy Scare 4 Months After Daughter River’s Birth: ‘I’m Going to Be in So Much Trouble’
Another baby Viall?!
Former Bachelor Nick Viall proposed to Natalie Joy last year after 2 1/2 years of dating.
And in February, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter River Rose.
Now, Nick and Natalie took to their podcast “The Viall Files” to discuss a recent pregnancy scare that had them thinking they could be expecting baby number two.
Nick started off by saying, “We had a pregnancy scare over the weekend.”
And Natalie chimed in, explaining, “I was just nauseous a couple of mornings in a row and I was throwing up. I thought I had a stomach bug and I talked to my mom about it and she asked if I was pregnant. I was like, ‘Mom, no.’ Then I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh wait. We did just get back from our honeymoon.’”
She went on, “I mentioned in the middle of the night to Nick, what if I’m pregnant. Neither of us slept and I got up and I decided to pee on a stick.”
Nick revealed why he was nervous, saying, “We were stressed, we were very nervous. Obviously, we’ve talked about growing our family, but holy sh*t. Forget about me being concerned — Natalie has been through so much and I was already thinking, ‘Oh boy, I’m going to be in so much trouble.’”
Natalie chimed in sharing that at her five-week checkup, Natalie’s doctor asked her about birth control, but she opted out of it.
She revealed how the story ended, saying, “I took the pregnancy test and it was very much negative. We were very nervous and now I will be celibate, so I’m very sorry.”
The Vialls are thankful to not be expanding their family quite yet but are loving every minute with baby River.
