3. My guilty pleasure is: Tiramisù. Seriously, if there is a slice anywhere near me, you can expect it to disappear.

4. The best relationship advice I ever received was: Always go for someone who makes you laugh — because if we’re being honest, looks can fade, but dad jokes are forever.

5. My zodiac sign is ___________ and my most [insert zodiac sign] trait would be: My zodiac sign is Taurus, and my most Taurus trait would be what some might call stubbornness. Personally, I prefer to call it determination. Once I set my mind on something, there’s no changing it.

6. My biggest pet peeve is: Texting and driving. Remember, safety is sexy!

7. The first thing I do when I wake up is: A morning stretch followed by a matcha tea and a healthy dose of sunshine. It's important to grab a bit of Zen before the chaos of the day begins.

8. My last meal on earth would be: I’m having a pizza party!!!

9. My hidden talent is: Falling asleep standing up — a skill I mastered during my time in Ranger school.

10. The person that inspires me the most is: My sister. She has been my biggest supporter in every chapter of my life. I would not be the man I am today without her.

11. The movie I’ve rewatched the most is: “Black Hawk Down.” Its portrayal of bravery and brotherhood resonates deeply with me.

12. The last thing I Googled is: Probably something about astrophysics — my current hyper-fixation. Space is just too fascinating to ignore!

13. My favorite part of being on “The Bachelorette” was: The people. I have never been around a group of people that is so positive and so supportive. Every person I met while filming was truly remarkable in their own way.

14. Being on “The Bachelorette” taught me: Being vulnerable makes us human, and being honest about the things we struggle with will not push people away, rather it brings us closer together. Also, it is better to let people surprise you rather than judging a book by its cover.

15. My celebrity crush is: Gal Gadot. If I ever get myself into a pickle, I have absolutely no problem with Wonder Woman swooping in to save the day!

16. My advice for anyone who goes on “The Bachelorette” is: Let go of the idea of being “perfect,” simply being yourself and being kind is much more valuable.

17. If I had to hang out with only three people from Bachelor Nation for the rest of my life, it would be: Jeremy, Johnathon, and Joey. The #mediumkings bromance is unbeatable.
