17. My advice for anyone who goes on “The Bachelorette” is: Enjoy every second. I woke up excited to be there every single day and it still went by too quickly. Also, be yourself — don’t change who you are for the girl or for the cameras.

18. If I had to hang out with only three people from Bachelor Nation for the rest of my life, it would be: All of my castmates; I can’t choose just three!!!
