Bachelor Nation Parents Get ‘Super Emo’ Over Their Kids Growing Up and Heading Back to School
Back-to-school season is upon us!
The summer is officially winding down and schools are starting up again. Many of our favorite Bachelor Nation couples have kids of school age and they are heading back to start a new grade!
And while back-to-school season is exciting, it’s also super emotional for parents as they watch their little ones grow up.
Catherine Giudici Lowe took to Instagram to share photos of her kids Samuel, Isaiah, and Mia getting ready for their first day.
Alongside the pics, the mom of three wrote, “My kids all in one place. Feels normal because that’s how it always is but this time that one place isn’t home. Woah, that sounded super emo. Happy first day of school to my kids and all the kids starting a fun new chapter! Cheers to silence at my house for the first time in months! (insert awkward crying HERE).”
How sweet!
Jade Roper Tolbert also got all up in her feels sending their daughter Emerson to first grade in their new city.
She wrote, “Today is Emmy’s first day of first grade and I’m just over here counting down the hours and minutes until I can pick her up and see if it went okay. Today was my first experience with drop off lines and I have to say I’m not a fan of just sending her off into school from the car.”
Jade continued on, saying, “I miss being able to walk her into her class and have a moment of connection before she starts her school day. For now, I guess I’ll just look at pictures of her in my phone because I miss her so much. She’s probably having the best day ever, this is way harder on me.”
Later, Jade confirmed this with a photo of smiling Emmy and wrote, “Update: Emmy said she had a great first day! She likes her teacher a lot and played with some kids haha.”
It’s always harder on the parents!
Ali Fedotowsky Manno shared some adorable pics of her two kiddos on their first day and also shared her emotional moment.
Alongside the photos, she wrote, “First Day!!!!! I didn’t think I was gonna cry when I dropped Riley off because I haven’t been emotional leading up to school…but boy was I wrong. I couldn’t hold back the emotion! My baby is in kindergarten! And my sweet girl is moving into 2nd grade! They are both at the same school this year which makes me so happy for them annnnnd so happy for me because now I only have one drop off. Ha! When do your kids go back to school? Did you tear up dropping your Kindergartener off?”
We love watching these Bachelor Nation kiddos grow up before our eyes and can’t wait for more adorable back-to-school content!
