Jenn Tran Shares Her First Thoughts on Grant Ellis Becoming the New Bachelor

Fans got to know and love Grant Ellis on Season 21 of “The Bachelorette” as he vied for Jenn Tran’s heart.
He unfortunately got eliminated in Week 6 but was recently named the next Bachelor so he can go on his own journey to find love.
Both Grant and Jenn attended the “Men Tell All” to share their experiences on the show. And this week, Jenn sat down with co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt from the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast to share her impressions about Grant being named the next Bachelor.
During her conversation, Joe asked Jenn how she feels about Grant and the announcement since he made it pretty far on her season.
Jenn responded enthusiastically about how excited she is for him by saying, “I think he is the perfect pick. No one deserves it more.”
Jenn went on to say that she thinks he’s going to do well because from the beginning of her season, Grant opened his heart up so quickly to the journey. And she feels that “as a lead, that’s so important to be able to be open.”
When it comes to how Jenn feels about Grant in general, she shared how he’s very sincere, genuine, a great guy, and overall so kind-hearted. She finished by saying, “I’m truly rooting for him and I’m so excited to watch!”
Joe and Serena also asked Jenn how she felt seeing some of the guys during “Men Tell All” and whether she was nervous at all.
Jenn responded that it felt great to see the guys again and she was more excited than nervous. She shared, “This journey to me holds such a special place in my heart,” and so when it came to seeing the men again Jenn explained, “It’s nice to have them all back together. It’s like a sorority!”
