EXCLUSIVE: Hakeem Reveals Who He Hopes to Meet in ‘Paradise’ — Find Out Who He Has His Eyes On!

Fan favorite Hakeem became well known for his expressive reactions and fear of spiders during his time on Season 21 of “The Bachelorette.”
During the “Men Tell All,” Hakeem became the second official person confirmed to be heading to “Bachelor in Paradise” next summer.
While we’re guessing Hakeem is not too excited about the bugs, he did reveal he’s excited to hopefully meet one Bachelor Nation star down on the beach.
In an exclusive interview with BachelorNation.com, Hakeem shared that he would love to see Olivia Lewis in “Paradise.”
“I think she didn’t get the love that she deserved and I wanna give her that love,” he admitted. “I don’t know if she has a man or not, but she’s beautiful.”
Hakeem explained further by saying, “I think her personality matches a lot of mine, so I think her and I could be a great match… She’s gorgeous, so we’ll see!”
When asked if he’s received any date requests through his DMs, Hakeem shared that he accidentally missed a lot of messages on his page. “The funny thing about it is, I didn’t realize that you can get DMs that are hidden. So, then I realized and I got so many people being so sweet to me,” he said.
Hakeem also shared that he’s gotten to know some other Bachelor Nation alumni that live in the Chicago area, such as Nate Mitchell, Rick Leach, John Buresh, and Will Urena, almost all of whom were on previous seasons of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
We’re so excited to see Hakeem hit the beach next summer and hopefully he’ll get to meet Olivia after all!
