Andi Dorfman Reveals Her True Feelings on Giving Birth and When Baby Girl Is Supposed to Arrive

Former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman married her husband Blaine Hart last year in an intimate ceremony in Sorrento, Italy.
And earlier this year, the two announced on social media that they are expecting their first child together — a baby girl!
Now, Andi is answering fan questions in an Instagram Q&A about her pregnancy as she gets closer to the baby’s due date.
One person asked the Bachelor Nation star how she’s feeling about giving birth and what about it makes her the most nervous.
Andi opened up and expressed that she is currently feeling both nervous and terrified.
She revealed, “I think what I’m most nervous about is the fact that this baby has to come out of me one way or another. And I feel like every claustrophobic controlling bone in my body is going to send me into a total panic, which I’m hoping won’t happen.”
Andi also explained how she’s trying to reassure herself during this time of anticipation.
“I’m going to remind myself that a lot of other women have given birth,” she shared, “so I probably can too. But just going to not think about it until the day comes, I guess.”
She ended her answer by laughing and saying, “But yeah, pretty terrified.”
Another fan followed up and asked Andi if her baby girl will be born in time for either Thanksgiving or Christmas.
The mama-to-be replied that for health reasons, she hopes her baby will not arrive before Thanksgiving, but that it’s possible she could give birth before Christmas.
“To be honest, [I] haven’t shared my exact due date because it kind of gives me anxiety/pressure on if she’s gonna be early, late, right on time etc.,” Andi admitted, “so I’ve just put it out of my mind in general and am hoping for a December birth for health reasons!”
