Christina Mandrell Addresses Pregnancy Rumors: ‘Alright, Y’all, Here’s the Tea’
Clearing the air…
Bachelor Nation stars Brayden Bowers and Christina Mandrell got engaged earlier this year at “The Golden Wedding.”
Brayden popped the question surrounded by their Bachelor Nation family, and Christina said yes!
Now the two are living together with Christina’s daughter in Nashville and planning their wedding day.
Recently the couple shared online that they’ve stopped drinking, and followers were quick to speculate that the Bachelor Nation star might be pregnant.
Christina just took to social media to address the rumors and clear the air in a new video.
She said, “It’s silly that I have to say this but y’all, I’m not pregnant. What the heck?”
Christina then continued, explaining how she thinks the rumor started originally.
She explained, “Okay, so I made one comment the other day on a Live about how Brayden and I are not drinking and we poured out all the alcohol down the drain, and then boom, two different articles come out that we’re pregnant.”
The Bachelor Nation star then cleared the air that “there’s no baby,” but she and Brayden do hope to have a baby together.
“We hopefully want to have a baby one day,” she shared, “but also, that’s gonna be planned and we will be married first and we are not married yet. TBD on wedding dates, by the way.”
Christina then ended the video by reassuring her followers and sharing why she and Brayden decided to stop drinking.
She said, “Yeah, so I’m here to tell you guys, not pregnant… And if I, when I am, hopefully one day it’ll be, one, after we’re married. And two, I’m gonna tell you guys. You guys don’t have to speculate. I’m not drinking, we just wanted to get healthy.”
She also captioned her video, “Alright, y’all, here’s the tea ☕️. Just because Brayden and I poured out the booze doesn’t mean there’s a baby brewing. Stop congratulating me! 😂 The rumors are not true, I’m not pregnant.”
We appreciate Christina clearing the air and can’t wait to celebrate them whenever they do decide to grow their family.
