Ryan Sutter Writes Sweet Love Note for Trista Sutter’s Birthday: ‘You Have Been My Greatest Gift’

Trista and Ryan Sutter found love and got engaged on the very first season of “The Bachelorette.”
Trista gave Ryan her final rose back in 2003 and the two have been together ever since.
Since then, the Bachelor Nation couple has gotten married and had two children: Max and Blakesley.
This week, Trista celebrated her birthday and Ryan took to Instagram to write a sweet love note to his wife.
Next to a black and white selfie of the two of them, Ryan wrote, “The first birthday we shared together I painted you a picture of a white tiger cause you said they were your favorite. It was a bit cheesy but you have it hanging in our house 22 years later anyway.”
He continued by making a joke about getting Trista sick while also sharing the things he appreciates about her character.
“This year, for your birthday I gave you the cold I brought back from Florida,” Ryan wrote. “You had to know you’d get it when I got home yet you hugged me anyway. You stayed near me anyway. You made me feel missed and appreciated anyway.”
The Bachelor Nation star finished his post by sharing what Trista means to him and how much he loves her.
“From the beginning you have been my greatest gift, my biggest supporter, my source of strength and inspiration and joy,” he said, “You’ve shown me love in a way I could never have imagined and in every way have always been there for me anyway. I could not love you more. Though I will try…. Anyway…”
