Noah Erb Shares New Daily Routine for His ‘I Want to Be Healthy for My Future Kids’ Era
A new chapter.
Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Noah Erb on Season 16 of “The Bachelorette” and Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Noah found love on-screen with his wife Abigail Heringer and the two officially tied the knot last month in a dreamy garden ceremony in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The newlyweds have been keeping fans updated with their home renovation projects and lives online.
And now, Noah has taken to Instagram to share that he’s currently in his “I want to be healthy for my future kids” era.
The Bachelor Nation couple has been open before about wanting multiple kids in the future, and it sounds like Noah is now starting to prepare for that.
On a video of him sharing his new daily routine, he wrote, “In my ‘I want to be healthy for my future kids’ era” and revealed in the caption, “A couple of weeks until my 30th Birthday and I’m not sure how I am supposed to feel…I’ve already decided my 30’s will be the healthiest and fullest years of my life.”
Noah shared how thinking about his future kids has helped motivate him to focus more on his health and that cold plunging has become a part of his new routine.
He said, “Unfortunately, it’s hard to be healthy but something about being more athletic than my future kids makes that effort more appealing. Cold plunging has become my time where I realize how much of a weenie I am but also meditate with a clear mind on how Noah Erb is doing and where he is headed.”
Noah continued and shared more about how he’s started to feel due to his new health routine.
He said, “It’s become a part of my week I look forward to where I can do something that makes me uncomfortable and reflect on things I tried that did or didn’t work (plus the neurochemicals rushing through your body feel outta this world).”
On his video, Noah also revealed the other parts of his routine that he does in addition to cold plunging, including deep breathing, stretching, high rep light workout, and meditation.
He expressed, “I do all of these things after then tackle the day with a lot more energy and clarity.” Noah ended his post by writing, “30’s are lookin up, sorry to the neighbors who have to hear the process.”
Abigail decided to poke fun at her husband in the comments and wrote, “If I start cold plunging will I get abs like that.”
We always love hearing from Abigail and Noah and seeing the life that they’re creating together in Tulsa. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two lovebirds!
