Bachelor Nation fans saw Grant Ellis announced as the next Bachelor after his departure from Jenn’s season of “The Bachelorette,” and we couldn’t be more excited to see his journey unfold.
After charming audiences with his infectious smile and unwavering positivity, the former professional basketball player will begin handing out roses when the series returns early next year.
ABC just announced on social media that Season 29 of “The Bachelor” will be premiering on January 27.
Fans have been anxiously awaiting Grant’s highly anticipated season premiere, and now Bachelor Nation is getting a first glimpse into his journey to find love.
During the season finale of “The Golden Bachelorette,” we got to see the fairy tale dates and shocking drama still to come during the new season preview.
As we see a helicopter land in front of a castle and a romantic one-on-one date in a tropical oasis, we hear one of the women say, “Grant is authentic. He is genuinely seeking a wife and a mother for his kids.”
We also see one of the women tell Grant that she loves him and he shares that he can see one of them as his wife.
Grant is seen playing the piano and serenading one of the ladies during a date, and we hear her say, “I am not used to dating emotional guys that write you songs and play the piano. And I’m having the best time of my life.”
However, drama begins to unfold as tensions rise among the women and Grant expresses that he’s worried he’s going to end up alone.
One of the women accuses another of not being there for the right reasons, and we see one of the ladies tell someone, “You backstabbed me and you did me dirty.”
The preview ends with Grant telling Jesse Palmer he doesn’t know what to do when it comes to choosing between his final two women, and he’s “scared of making the wrong decision.”
