Caila Quinn Shares Her Favorite Tips for Traveling with ‘Two Under 2 Solo’
Sharing advice.
Fans first met Caila Quinn Burrello on Season 20 of “The Bachelor,” and she continued her journey on Season 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
While Caila didn’t meet her life partner on-screen, she ended up meeting her now-husband off-screen. Caila married the love of her life, Nick Burrello, in May 2021.
The two welcomed their daughter Teddi in 2023 and their son Christian earlier this year.
Caila has been keeping fans updated with her life on social media, often posting about recipes, family events, and her life as a mom.
Now, the Bachelor Nation star has shared some of her favorite tips for traveling solo with two kids under 2 years old from a recent trip she went on with Teddi and Christian.
In a video posted online, Caila walked through their travel day and shared, “I’m a solo mom traveling with two under 2 this morning. I woke up at 5AM to pump before my babies are up at 6AM. My husband dropped me off at the airport, which was way less stressful than finding a parking spot and bringing all the bags in myself.”
She then shared how she prepared her kids for the flight before they boarded the plane.
Caila said, “The second I got through security, I fed my 3 month old and then I took our 18 month old for a walk to tire her out. We bought extra snacks but this water bottle cap ended up being a toy that she played with the whole flight.”
The mom of two then admitted that boarding the plane usually stresses her out the most, but thankfully this time it was smooth sailing.
Caila shared her advice for making boarding easier, saying, “We took our time folding up our double stroller at the end of the jet bridge, and then I carried our backpacks, Christian, and his car seat onto the plane as Teddi walked on. I gave her stickers right away so I could get Christian settled. And then we made airplane time fun with fresh fruit and a bunch of her favorite snacks.”
She shared that the one mistake she made was not packing extra clothes for Christian, but overall the flight went smoothly and the flight attendants were very helpful whenever she needed some extra hands.
Caila ended the video sharing that the last stressful part was gathering all of their luggage, but after that it was fine.
The Bachelor Nation star also captioned her video, “Mamas you’ve got this! Just flew with my 3 month old and my 18 month old & we did it!! 🙌🏼”
Shout-out to all the moms out there — you are doing amazing!
