Joey Graziadei Wins the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Finale!
Will you accept this trophy?!
Former Bachelor Joey Graziadei has been competing and shining on Season 33 of “Dancing with the Stars” with his dance partner Jenna Johnson.
Joey made “DWTS” history by being the first and only Bachelor ever to make it to the finale of the competition.
And now, he has made history again as the two danced their way to the top and won the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy on Tuesday’s finale!
Joey and Jenna performed two dances — an electric cha-cha to “Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake and an impressive freestyle dance to “Canned Heat” by Jamiroquai.
They received high scores for both dances, including a perfect score of 30/30 points for their cha-cha.
The finale was a close match between the former Bachelor and Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher, but with the judge’s total scores and fan votes, Joey was announced the Season 33 winner.
In an emotional moment, Joey and Jenna hugged as confetti filled the room and they looked to be in complete disbelief that they had won.
In a video with “Good Morning America,” he said, “It’s crazy! I mean, I just wanted to make the finale. That was the first goal! The fact that we’re here now is just crazy.”
Joey also shared a special message of gratitude for everyone who voted for him and Jenna week after week.
He said, “We put in a lot of work and so I just appreciate everyone at home who voted for us. Thank you, thank you so much! We really just tried to entertain and just have fun and enjoy this whole process, so the fact that you voted for us, we appreciate you so much. Thank you!”
Bachelor Nation stars and loved ones reacted online and shared their love and excitement for the Mirrorball winner.
Jason Tartick posted a picture of him and Joey with the trophy and wrote, “Met this gem in ’22 at a golf course in Nash, few mos later he tells me a casting director from Bachelorette reached out, he thought it was fake…now he’s the #DWTS champ w/ an incredible fiancé. Couldn’t have all happened to a better guy.”
Joey’s soon-to-be father-in-law Mark Anderson also took to social media and posted his excitement for the “DWTS” champion.
Next to a video of the moment Joey and Jenna were announced the winners, Mark wrote, “Congratulations Joey and Jenna!!!! Beautiful performances full of excitement and storytelling!!! Just incredible to watch!!”
Joey’s fiancée Kelsey Anderson also posted a picture of Joey with the trophy on her Instagram Story and wrote, “My Champ.”
How exciting!!
We are so proud of Joey and Jenna and all their hard work this season. Congratulations on winning the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy and bringing it back to Bachelor Nation!
