What a small world…

Bachelor Nation got to know Jordan Heller on the very first season of “The Golden Bachelorette” as he looked for love with Joan Vassos. 

He was sent home right after Hometowns and has been keeping fans updated with his life on social media ever since. 

Jordan stopped by “Bachelor Happy Hour” to share an update on his life, but first he discovered that this wasn’t his first time crossing paths with podcast host Joe Amabile.

Joe started off by saying, “All season I was watching you and was like… ‘I know this guy.’ So I’m going back and forth and I’m like, I feel like he may have worked at the [Eurodollars]. And then I’m like, he probably just works out of East Bank Club and I’ve seen him there. And then when it was your Hometown, I saw your brother and I was like, okay, yeah.”

Joe then continued and revealed that his cousin Louie knows the Golden Bachelor Nation star as well. 

He said, “So then I called up my cousin Louie and I was like, ‘Hey Lou, do you remember Jordan?’ and he’s like, ‘Yeah, he’s on the Golden Bachelorette.’” 

Joe’s wife and co-host Serena Pitt chimed in and said, “I can’t believe that didn’t come up earlier!” 

Joe then confirmed with Jordan that he did in fact work with his cousin by saying, “I know! So Jordan, you used to work in the Eurodollars, right?” 

Jordan answered, “Yeah, so I was in the Euros for a long time and then, you know I worked with your cousins for 15 years. And Lou actually worked for my brother, which was crazy. His first boss was my brother, which is also an interesting story to begin with.”

Jordan then shared a story about how he had actually crossed paths with Joe twice before.  

He revealed, “You mentioned it when the cast came out, you’re like, ‘I think I know this guy.’ And I actually messaged you on Instagram that we definitely have crossed paths. Because not just that, I went to Parlor with my girls, and we saw you at Parlor, and my girls were in love with you, obviously. So they had to go run up and say hi… and then we saw you again at [another location] one night. So like you’ve seen me, but have definitely seen me around town, for sure.” 

Serena and Joe could not believe what a small world it is, and Serena shared how happy she was to have finally figured out how Joe knew Jordan.

She said, “That’s crazy! I’m glad that we placed it, though… I just thought you must work out at the same gym or something because [Joe is] so good with faces but like the fact that, it was just crazy. We’re sitting on the couch, watching your Hometown, and Joe was like, ‘Oh, my gosh! I’ve been saying this for two months and I have finally placed it!’”
