Roby Sobieski Proposes to Girlfriend Simha Haddad: ‘Every Love Story Has Its Magic’

Bachelor Nation fans got to know magician Roby Sobieski as he looked for love on Season 19 of “The Bachelorette.”
Since his time on the show, he’s been keeping followers updated with his life on social media and found love off-screen with long-term girlfriend Simha Haddad.
Now, Roby has taken to Instagram to share the exciting news that the two are engaged!
Alongside photos of the proposal, he wrote, “She said yes!! 💍❤️Every love story has its magic, but ours feels like destiny. From our very first date, Simha and I have been inseparable. That night, something beyond explanation—an almost magnetic, kinetic, and otherworldly connection—tied us together. It’s a feeling so profound, so indescribable, that words have never truly done it justice. But I knew I wanted to take that unspoken bond and make it tangible.”
Roby shared the story of how he proposed, which involved setting up a holiday photo shoot in the Waldorf Astoria Presidential Suite.
Reflecting on the moment he popped the question, he said, “I told Simha our next photo would be taken in a room where a special light show awaited. As I stepped in ahead of her to prepare, my heart raced with the weight of what I was about to do. When she walked in, the look on her face—the pure joy, surprise, and love—was everything I had dreamed of. It’s a moment forever etched in my heart.”
The Bachelor Nation alum revealed that he chose a 125-year-old European ring to propose with, and spilled how he was overwhelmed with emotions when asking Simha to marry him.
Roby then ended the post by feeling all the love for their next chapter and saying, “This is the beginning of our greatest adventure—an infinite journey of love, laughter, and partnership. Step 2: Celebrate this love that feels like a dream, but is gloriously, undeniably real. ❤️”
