Trista Sutter Clears the Air About Her & Ryan Sutter Amid Breakup Rumors

Trista and Ryan Sutter found love and got engaged on the very first season of “The Bachelorette.”
Trista gave Ryan her final rose back in 2003 and the two have been together ever since.
Since then, the Bachelor Nation couple has gotten married and had two children: Max and Blakesley.
Earlier this year, Ryan had fans worried that he and Trista were splitting as he posted black-and-white photos of her with cryptic captions while she was on a self-discovery journey away from home.
Now, Trista is clearing the air about that incident and her relationship with Ryan in an exclusive interview with E! News.
Trista clarified that her self-discovery journey away from home was actually when she went off to go film “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”
She revealed, “If you read it back now it makes total sense… I was gone, and now you can understand that I was at Special Forces filming the show.”
Trista also shared that the public’s response to Ryan’s posts was unexpected but made her feel cared for.
She said, “Everyone was like, ‘Is she having a nervous breakdown? Did they get a divorce? Are they on a trial separation?’ It was crazy… But it really made me feel like, ‘Aww, you guys still care.’“
The Bachelor Nation star also admitted that everyone’s concern over her and Ryan’s relationship was both a humbling and sweet experience.
“We don’t have millions of followers. We have a great following, but we don’t have millions of followers. And for people to really be up in arms about what is happening, Ryan’s cryptic posts and all the things, it was a little humbling and very sweet,” she stated.
We’re glad to hear that Trista and Ryan are both happy and healthy and their relationship is as good as ever!
