Grant Ellis Realizes He’s ‘Torn Between Two Women’ — See the Drama Still to Come on ‘The Bachelor’
Love and drama incoming!
Season 29 of “The Bachelor” just premiered, and we couldn’t be more excited for Grant Ellis as our leading man.
Night 1 left Grant feeling hopeful, and in the teaser for the season, he says, “I’ve been alone for a long time. I’m excited to get engaged, I’m excited to be with my person… Building my own family is something I’ve always dreamed about.”
We see him going on a series of romantic, exciting dates, like bungee jumping and attending a ball in a castle, complete with intimate kisses underneath fireworks.
The women immediately start gushing over Grant, with one of them saying, “Grant is everything a girl would want in their future husband,” and another person chiming in, “He makes me feel so excited and so happy! He checks all the boxes.”
We see two of the women express their feelings, with Juliana saying, “Cinderella can take a full back seat because this is like next level type of love,” and Alexe adding, “I am not used to dating emotional guys that write you songs and play the piano. How could you not fall in love?”
It all seems to be going swimmingly, and Grant says, “It’s almost like this is too good to be true.”
We then see multiple of the women start to break down in tears and Zoe steals Grant away for a chat, which heats up drama between her and Alli Jo.
Dina later accuses Carolina for not being there for the right reasons, and Rose tells someone, “You backstabbed me. You did me dirty. I just feel like I’m at a point where I’m shattering” before breaking down.
We see Grant also hit a breaking point during the season and he gets emotional as he says, “I did not know how hard this was gonna be. My greatest fear is that I end up alone…I’m tired of being alone. You know, I want to be happy. I want to have love, it’s something that’s important to me.”
Grant also reveals that he’s torn between his final two women and isn’t sure who to choose.
“I’m torn between two women,” he admits, “I have a ring and I don’t know who I’m gonna give it to. I have to decide and I only have like an hour to do it. Both of them are amazing… I’m just scared.”
Host Jesse Palmer pulls Grant aside and says, “Here’s the thing. Both women are on their way here right now. I really need to know which one to send first. Do you feel like you know what you want to do?”
After contemplating for a moment, he responds, “The truth is, I don’t know.”
We can’t wait to watch it all unfold and see how Grant’s journey ends! Make sure to tune in to “The Bachelor” every Monday on ABC or stream later on Hulu.
