Lauren Luyendyk Reveals Why Pregnancy #4 is Different from the Others and How Long It Took to Get Pregnant

Opening up.
Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham Luyendyk got engaged on Season 22 of “The Bachelor.”
Since then, the pair wed at Maui’s Haiku Mill in a breathtaking ceremony and have welcomed three children: Alessi and twins Senna and Lux.
If you’ve been keeping up with the Luyendyk family, you know that Arie got a vasectomy and the couple said they were done having children.
However, last month he revealed that he got it reversed and the two announced this month that they are expecting baby number four!

Now, Lauren has taken to her Instagram Story to answer some fan questions and share why this pregnancy has been different from the others.
In response to how she’s been feeling, she said, “Finally feeling good this week! I was way more nauseous this time around. I also got sick a bunch on top of morning sickness including food poisoning that put me in the hospital 💀 Absolutely horrible, but I’m alive!! Yay! lol.”
Lauren also revealed how long it took her to get pregnant after Arie’s vasectomy reversal, sharing, “It took us 4 months!”
Fans asked what names they love but aren’t using for baby number four, as well as whether they’re hoping for a girl or boy.

Lauren replied, “We are about 80% sure on the name, but I have extensive lists I will share for both boy & girl names once we decide! …We would be happy with either [a girl or boy]! We just want a healthy, happy baby!”
And one follower who’s also pregnant asked Lauren if she has a preference on birthing methods and plans on giving birth naturally or having a C-section.
Lauren said, “Personally I loved my birth with Alessi (natural + epidural) more because it was just fun. I know that sounds odd, but Arie and I got to do it together and I also got to hold Alessi right away. The emergency c section was kind of scary for me.”
Congrats again to Arie and Lauren on their growing family! We couldn’t be happier for them and can’t wait to meet baby Luyendyk in September.
