Bachelor Nation fans saw Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa find love and get engaged on Season 29 of “The Bachelor.”

After their emotional engagement in the Dominican Republic aired at “After the Final Rose,” the couple stopped by for an exclusive chat with BachelorNation.com.

During our conversation with the happy couple, they opened up about watching “The Bachelor” back, whether they have any unanswered questions or regrets, their future in Boston, and more.

The couple discussed how they supported each other while watching the show back.

Juliana said, “Communication between us is top tier. Understanding that we can lean on each other and that we are a safe space to openly talk about our feelings, opinions, and emotions. That’s the way to do it. You have to feel like your person is going to support you, and I felt like that the whole journey.”

Grant agreed, saying, “Juliana does a great job at speaking life and staying strong and staying positive. Ultimately all decisions come down to us and us sticking through it. That’s something that we’ve been doing a good job at.”

Both Grant and Juliana reflected on their experience on the show and how while they are not perfect, they don’t have any regrets about the journey because it led them to where they are now — happily engaged.

They also discussed the “unanswered questions” Litia Garr mentioned that Juliana might have during her breakup with Grant in the Dominican Republic. 

Juliana shared, “Litia and I had to go through this experience and be true to ourselves in the best way that we could. For me, I chose to protect my heart as best I could while also trying to let Grant in. There were no questions that I had because I was provided all of the information before the show even started airing.”

She went on, adding, “I think it’s also important to acknowledge that we are on ‘The Bachelor’ and he has to pick one person. We can’t all walk away with a Neil Lane ring and a beautiful fiancé. It’s a sad reality and it sucks that there is hurt involved in that, but ultimately I’m sitting here happy and pleased and all good.”

Grant chimed in, saying, “I didn’t know how easy it is for words to be misconstrued or taken out of context,” and he said he “definitely learned lessons throughout this journey.”
