Finding love again.

Bachelor Nation fans saw Gerry Turner look for love on the very first season of “The Golden Bachelor.”

Gerry ended up getting engaged and then married to Theresa Nist, but sadly, the two ultimately decided to end their relationship. 

And while he and Theresa went their separate ways, they are still supportive of each other and wish the best for one another.

Now, it sounds like Gerry has found love once again, as he just revealed on the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast that he’s currently in a serious relationship. 

Podcast co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt asked Gerry how his dating life has been, and the former Golden Bachelor replied, “I am dating someone. I think at this point it’s going well, but I don’t want to say too much and jinx it. And I’m trying to respectfully get to a point where there’s an acceptable amount of time from my divorce. Maybe that’s an old-fashioned thought. Maybe it doesn’t matter as much as I think it does, but to be respectful, I kind of want to slow roll this. And I have told Theresa that I’m dating someone, so it won’t be shocking news to her.”

Joe and Serena then asked Gerry how he decided to tell Theresa, and Gerry shared that he received some helpful advice from two of the women on his season. 

He revealed, “I had a conversation with Joan [Vassos] and I think Leslie [Fhima] was in on it, and I asked for their advice. I said, ‘To be respectful, to do the right thing, when should I talk to Theresa about this and let her know?’ And their advice was to talk to her soon. So on the car ride from the hotel to the airport after ‘AFR’ the next day, I called Theresa. We had a really nice conversation and I let her know.”

The Golden Bachelor Nation star also shared when he knew that the relationship was getting serious and admitted to feeling sparks instantly. 

“It was almost the first time I saw her,” he said. “It was the look that she gave me. It was like, all of a sudden I was consumed by this look and I had this actual physical feeling. And I pushed it off. I go, ‘No, that was silly, that’s ridiculous.’ And with every encounter, that feeling has instantly come back with her look. And it’s like, ‘Damn, this is pretty awesome’… That whole ‘love at first sight’ thing, I’ve never been in on that. And all of a sudden, here I am. I really feel like I’m experiencing it.”
