Jenn Tran Shares Her Busy ‘New Rotation Routine’ for PA School: ‘Living a Full Week in Just One Day’
Working hard.
Bachelor Nation fans watched as Jenn Tran searched for love on Season 21 of “The Bachelorette.”
As we learned on Joey Graziadei’s season of “The Bachelor,” Jenn had been in school pursuing her dream of becoming a physician assistant.
And earlier this year, she moved back to Miami to continue her studies and recently revealed that she’s now only nine months away from graduating.
Jenn loves to keep followers updated on her PA school journey online and just took to Instagram to share that she just started a new rotation.
Next to a new video, she wrote, “New rotation routine!!! balance balance balance!!!! Sometimes I feel as if I am living a full week in just one day 😅I am fully embracing every aspect of my life and remembering to take care of myself even if it’s hard to sometimes. Gentle reminder that you are all doing amazing!!!”
Jenn then went on to share more about her new schedule and revealed how busy it’s become.
“I’m currently on my family medicine rotation right now,” she said. “We’ve been focusing a lot on geriatric care, so I see a lot of patients throughout the day. I do telehealth phone calls as well. In the morning I probably see about four or five patients and then I also have some down time to study... This rotation I’ve been really focused on staying grounded while working around my busy schedule. It’s kind of hard because sometimes I really feel like my brain is split in two and I’m constantly thinking of other things but I’ve really learned to focus on work while I’m at work and other things when I’m at home.”
The former Bachelorette also shared that she makes sure to find time to take care of herself among the business of the day.
“After work I had a couple of meetings to get through for some really fun projects that I’m working on,” she continued. “I will admit I get very very tired, but I have to push through… and I forced myself to first, get some really good food. Fuel my brain, fuel my body. And then I hit the gym. So this is a reminder to break your day into little moments and feed yourself, feed your body, feed your life, feed your soul. And do things that make you feel good.”
We’re so proud of Jenn and all of her hard work in PA school. We love that she’s pursuing her dream of helping others and we can’t wait to see her graduate!
