Jess Edwards Reveals How New BIP Challenges Affected Her Relationship with Spencer Conley
Spilling the tea...
Bachelor Nation got to know and love Jess Edwards as she looked for love on Season 28 of “The Bachelor.”
She’s currently giving love another shot on the beaches of “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 10 and has formed a strong connection with Spencer Conley.
And as fans know, all the couples have been participating in various challenges while in Costa Rica for the chance to win a $500,000 prize.
Jess has loved keeping fans updated with her life online, recently sharing more about her experience on “Paradise” and how it affected her relationship with Spencer.
In a fan Q&A on her Instagram Story, one person made a comment about how the prize money and challenges changed the show, and Jess responded with her honest opinion.
She wrote, “I’ve seen a few comments like this. That’s so fair to feel as a viewer. It's a huge change compared to past seasons. Most of us were like what is going on are we on a game show now 😂 As a contestant, the prize money is such an incredible opportunity but I do think it was such a shock & an unexpected change to the premise of the show.”
Jess then shared her feelings on the new “BIP” challenges and how they affected her time with Spencer.
She went on, “HOWEVER, the challenges (even though some took way too much time away from spending quality time with Spencer) was something I enjoyed so much. I feel like it really helped us see how we deal with stress, communicate, and overcome obstacles, as well as really get to know each other faster. So I loved most of them!”
Fellow Bachelor Nation star Kat Izzo echoed Jess’ sentiments and reposted her response on her own Instagram Story.
Showing her support for the new “BIP” changes, Kat urged, “Say it louder for the people in the back”
We love hearing from our Bachelor Nation stars, and we’re so glad the “Paradise” challenges positively impacted the couples’ relationships.
We can’t wait to see how the rest of their journeys unfold on the “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 10 finale next Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ABC!
