Zoe McGrady Shares How She’s Preparing to Compete in Pageant in 10 Days
Beauty queen!
Bachelor Nation fans got to know Zoe McGrady as she looked for love on Season 29 of “The Bachelor” and Season 10 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the shows, Zoe loves to keep fans updated on social media and often shares about her fashionable life living and modeling in New York City.
Now, the Bachelor Nation star has taken to TikTok to share the exciting news that she’s competing in a pageant in 10 days.
Zoe has competed in pageants before, such as Miss New York USA. But now Zoe’s ready to switch it up and compete to become the new Miss Cosmo.
In a video posted online, she shared, “Super exciting announcement. It’s crazy but if you know me, you know my life. This is pretty typical. I have decided to compete in a pageant in less than 10 days. I think I just found out about it a couple days ago, and I’m officially committed. If you’ve ever done a pageant, you know that’s absolutely crazy. And for those that don’t know, I have a very brief pageant history. I did Miss New York USA in 2022 for the first time ever, I was 25 years old.”
Zoe continued, and highlighted all the ways she’s planning to prep so she feels ready to compete within the next couple weeks.
She said, “Each time I’ve competed, I prepped for at least six months to almost a year. And for those that don’t know, pageant prep is so multifaceted, that’s why I honestly loved it. I am the type of person that loves to do a million and one things. First part of prep is interview speaking. Having your messaging down to a T so that when people ask you questions that you have no clue what they’re going to be, you can answer on a dime. You also have to be able to do an onstage question if you make it into the top five.”
Zoe went on and also shared that she’s going to be practicing her pageant walk and replicating what she did before to get ready.
“Being 10 days out, I don’t have quite that long. But we’re going to be doing a much-condensed version of prep,” she admitted. “The way I’m going to be able to compete in 10 days, I’m going to kind of copy and paste a lot of things that I did. Also being freelance, I don’t have a ton of extra money to be spending on a whim. So I’m going to do this as frugally as possible. I’m going to leverage all of my resources.”
We are so proud of Zoe for going after her passions and we are wishing her all the best in her pageant. We know she’s going to do amazing!
