Hannah Godwin Reveals What She Loves About Herself, Experiencing ‘FOMO,’ and More!

Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour famously found love and got engaged on Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
The fan-favorite couple finally tied the knot in 2023 in a beautiful Paris wedding ceremony surrounded by family, friends, and fellow Bachelor Nation stars.
And since then, the couple has been keeping fans updated with their lives online and answering various fan questions.
This week, Hannah took to her Instagram Story to reveal what she loves about herself, experiencing “FOMO,” and more.
During a Q&A, a fan asked what the Bachelor Nation star is loving about herself right now, either personally or professionally.
Hannah replied, “Wait i love this question 🥹I love that I still operate and view things from how I did when I was younger. Yes I’ve learned and matured but I think I try my best to stay consistent with who ‘Hannah is’ in any convo I’m in. I legitimately don’t know where I’d be without ‘her.’ I think it’s easy to lose yourself the older you get and in this space too.”
Hannah also shared whether she’s had any regrets over opportunities that she’s missed, and she confessed, “Fomo? Yes. In terms of actual deep regret, not at all. Before any opportunity I always say if this is for me, I’m welcoming it — but if it’s not for me, please don’t let me go on that path. I really think the 5 second gut check is big for me. If I hear an opp and I’m feeling excited after 5 seconds I explore but if I feel any tension I skip. It usually falls into place lol.”
One person then asked the Bachelor Nation star what she’s most looking forward to in 2026, and she answered, “I’m going for it in 2026 lol.”
Hannah went on, explaining, “In big things but also smaller things. I feel like something about turning 30 this past year really switched my perspective on what I want to do and who I want to be. I’m feeling like ‘now or never’ energy versus in my 20s I was like oh maybe one day I’ll go for this goal / etc! Feeling motivated and excited!!”
