Danielle Maltby Gets Engaged to Boyfriend Halli Borgfjord: ‘You Are My Peace'

Bachelor Nation got to know Danielle Maltby on Season 21 of “The Bachelor” and again on Seasons 4 and 8 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
While on “The Bachelor,” Danielle opened up about her fiancé Nic Haag, who passed away in 2011.
Since then, she’s been open about her grief journey online and has kept followers updated with her life on social media.
Last year, the Bachelor Nation star revealed she found love off screen with boyfriend Halli Borgfjord.
And now, Danielle has taken to Instagram to announce the exciting news that she and Halli are officially engaged!
In a new post, she shared beautiful photos of the romantic, snowy proposal underneath a lighted gazebo.
The pictures show Halli getting down on one knee and the happy couple laughing and smiling together as Danielle shows off her stunning engagement ring.
She captioned the post, “You are my peace @hallib I love you forever. 12/30/25” and also added in the comments, “The most 'Gilmore Girl' coded proposal ❤️.”
Fellow Bachelor Nation stars filled the comments with their love and congratulations for the happy couple.
